    The Challenge

    ConSol Partners provide staffing solutions in niche market areas for large scale hiring needs. They work with Fortune 500 companies, established leaders in their fields and start up ventures in technology domains of communications, content and development.

    As part of a significant expansion plan, their challenge was to solidify their leadership structure and personnel, and to further drive the organisation’s sales and new business acquisition strategies to allow for growth.

    The Solution

    Following a series of meetings and a full scale analysis of the current people, processes and procedures, we designed and facilitated a tailored programme of training and development, which incorporated the implementation of a number of new strategies and tools to support these new initiatives.

    This programme was supported by the implementation of a Talent Hub™ within the business, housing training content as well as acting as an intranet. The Talent Hub™ allows ConSol to maintain control of the centralised training schemes whilst expanding their business and increasing headcount.
