The Role
TRN Head of Partnership/Partnership Manager
Job Purpose and Overview
TRN Partnership is a business within a business and is a critical part of the TRN growth strategy. With the growing Membership and TRN’s reputation in the market, more and more suppliers are interested in engaging with the TRN community. The purpose of this role is to own the Partner ‘product’ and strategy, build relationships with Partners and create value and experiences for suppliers who join the TRN Partnership programme. The TRN Head of Partnership/Manager represents and champions Partners across the business and the wider TRN community
Responsibilities
• Strategy
o Shape and implement the TRN partnership strategy
o Analyse and design tactics based on data to drive improvements and exploit opportunities
o Work with other key department heads – Sales, Content, Events, Finance, Business Intelligence
• The Partner program and experience
o Owning and driving the TRN Partner Program, ensuring value
o Onboarding new partners
o Building relationships with key stakeholders within our Partners
o Identifying bespoke Partner strategies
o Continually enhance the Partner experience to ensure Partner retention
• Partner – Member opportunities
o Identify opportunities to connect Partners to Members
o Developing bespoke Partner by Partner strategies
o Supporting Partners at face-to-face TRN events (3-4 a year)
Growth and opportunity
o Working with the Partner sales team to identify strategic opportunities
o Contributing and researching and market mapping
o Overseeing the Partner feedback strategy
o Developing initiatives to use the TRN digital platform to benefit the Partners

Reports To
TRN Co-Founder Gordon Stoddart works closely with the Sales, Business Intelligence, Events and Content teams.
