  • What is the Business Roadmap all about?

    This sits at the heart of our relationships with members and is a business planning toolkit designed to help you build out very clearly defined three-year, one-year and 90-day sprint plans that we track and use as our day-to-day guide.

  • How do you keep us on track and accountable?

    This is the most important part of your membership. Our account management structure across the TRNWorld, World+ and Club membership tiers ensures we not only keep an eye on your progress, but also proactively ensure that you don't miss any pending issues or new opportunities.

  • What expertise does the advisory team have?

    TRN members benefit from the collective power of hundreds of recruitment entrepreneurs, experts, and thought leaders who have the skills, knowledge and experience to help any recruitment business, through any scenario. If we don't know the answer, then we will certainly know someone who does!

  • What industries do TRN members recruit across?

    From IT to professional services, construction to healthcare, our members cover all types of recruitment services from temp, interim, and contract through to executive search and various vendor models.

  • How do I upgrade my account?

    Simply create a free account and from your dashboard area click on "upgrade.” Pick one of our paid plans according to your needs, enter payment information, and enjoy the features.

  • What happens to my content when I cancel my subscription?

    When you cancel your subscription, your account will be converted to a free account with limited features. You can always upgrade your account again to access TRNWorld, TRNWorld+ and TRN Club+ features.

  • How do paid TRN plans work?

    When you sign up for a paid membership plan, payments can be made in the currency of your choice. If paying monthly, payments are automatically collected for your convenience. 

    Paid plans are a 12-month contract, but you can cancel at any time after that (giving a minimum of 90 days’ notice for TRN Club membership).

  • Is membership just for me, or can my team get access too?

    The main membership is for you as the leader of your business, but you can invite other team members to join and access different content and services all for free, depending on their roles within the business. 

    We’re here to help your business grow, and we know we can do a better job of that when we support everyone in your company to do their best.

  • Do I have to pay to join The Recruitment Network?

    No - our entry-level plan is free forever and there is no credit card information required to sign up. You only choose to upgrade your account if you would like to access any of the TRNWorld, TRNWorld+ and TRN Club features.

  • What size recruitment agencies join TRN?

    We work with recruitment businesses of all sizes. Our members include both startups and multinationals with offices all over the world - and everything in between. The wide variety of agencies within the community is part of what makes it so unique!
