With over 20 years of experience in developing and managing contractor workforce solutions, Michelle has become an industry expert in international contractor tax compliance. After starting CXC Global EMEA in 2009 and growing the business to a £75m+ turnover, led an MBO in November 2016 of the CXC agency business forming 6CATS International.
