We then introduce investment to fund corporate reorganisations that can maximise the money out for shareholders with a low equity dilution, or to fund full or partial buy outs or to introduce new development capital.

We typically arrange funding of between £0.5m to £10m and our goal is to help businesses achieve significant growth over a 2 – 5 year term.
